Apple Health shows no nights
Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → DreamOS and allow the categories you want to share. Apple Watch data may need time to sync.
Add a widget
Touch and hold the Home or Lock Screen, choose Add Widget, search for DreamOS, and select a supported size.
Enable Always‑On
On a supported iPhone, enable Always On Display and Live Activities in iOS Settings. DreamOS shows a limited privacy-safe night summary.
Change the wake boundary
Open DreamOS → Settings → Automation and adjust your required wake time or smart wake window.
Delete DreamOS data
Open DreamOS → Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Local DreamOS Data. Original Apple Health records are not removed.
Recovery estimate looks wrong
Check the displayed confidence and available factors. DreamOS learns over multiple nights and intentionally lowers confidence when signals are missing.
